Verse 1
I wake before the morning dares to start,
With a quiet earthquake shaking in my heart,
Breath feels borrowed, thin and tight,
Like I’m already losing another fight.
The ceiling watches me fall apart,
Counting the cracks like a map of my heart,
I beg the day not to make me pretend,
